SHIPPING:

We ship your merchandize around the world by an international shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and EMS we also corporate with our partnership international air cargo service. Our shipping term is Ex-work Hong Kong. And customer takes responsibility the import tax in your country.

Our team will support you for applicable Free trade agreement paperwork for your country to reduce your cost of import tax.

The shipment transportation by air it takes approximately 3-7 working days
After the shipment dispatch, customer service team will inform you the shipment tracking number.


RETURNS:

All sales are final; once customer sends an order confirmation order cannot be canceled or changed.

Defective items must be reported within 5 working days after receipt of the order together with the style no., & commercial invoice no., provided by YOPHI company.

All incorrect items or shortages must be reported with commercial invoice no.,of the item in question when contacting the Yophi sales team.

Defective item must be returned within 30 days after receipt of the order together with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by YOPHI company.

Returned items must be in the original condition. YOPHI company will need to charge for cost of repair, rework of returned used item if it is not on the original condition.

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Replacement merchandise delivery cost is born by YOPHI company.

Packaging and return instructions
The YOPHI company sales team will inform you of the packaging and return instructions upon providing you with the RMA number.
Please be aware that no credits or refunds will be issued unless agreed in advance
Please allow 4-8 weeks for us to receive and process the replacement merchandise.
